All the information you need to know about Deckle and Chops delivery system, returns policies (not that you'll need it) and safety information.

 

Delivery Information

Our working days are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, (excluding weekends and bank holidays therefore orders and dispatches will be dealt as soon as possible or within the next working day  

(For example, orders placed on a Friday may not be processed and dispatched until the next working day i.e. the coming Monday)

Depending on how much you want to get your hands on your new goodies, there are a few ways we can get your product/s to you:

Collection from (Deckle&Chop) The Corrugated Case Company, Pilsley Rd, Clay Cross, Chesterfield S45 9BU . Please leave an email or phone number for us to be able to contact you when your order is ready for collection. 

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping delays when the item is with the courier.  

Returns Policy

You can return orders to us within 30 days for a full refund, including the original delivery cost if you’re returning the whole order. Please review our "not so small" small print below for further details.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item? Whatever the problem, please contact us first & we’ll be able to help you better.
  • We can only accept returns that are unused & in their original packaging.
  • Please return your item with the Returns Form included in the original box. If you have lost this you can download this form in our documents in the footer. 
  • If you’re returning only part of an order, we won’t be able to refund the original delivery charge, sorry.
  • When returning the items, please note we can only refund the value of the delivery charge originally chosen on the initial order. If you chose to return the item at higher delivery charge, we cannot refund the difference, sorry. 😢
  • Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you. 🙈
  • Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
